Network Makeover

For this project, the homeowner had a few clear goals. He noticed that his WiFi speed was only about a third of what his plan promised. He also wanted to move his modem from the living room into his office, install a new security camera system, and make sure everything was mounted neatly to save space.

We started by identifying the source of the slow connection. After a full check, we upgraded him to a WiFi 6 system. This not only gave him the full internet speed he was paying for but also expanded his coverage throughout the entire property. He now has a strong and stable connection even when visiting a neighbor.

For the new camera system, we installed Power over Ethernet lines to run both power and data through a single cable for each camera. This kept the setup clean and dependable. We configured everything so he can view his cameras from a mobile app and record around the clock for added peace of mind.

To keep the office tidy, we mounted all networking equipment in a compact rack on the wall. Everything is now in one secure and convenient place. The result is a faster, smarter, and more organized setup built to handle future needs with ease.
